Our Story

Medicine practiced
the way it was meant to be.

At 325 Broadway, Suite 204 — in the building that anchors the northern edge of Foley Square — Foley Plaza Medical PC has built something increasingly rare in Manhattan: a practice where the physician remembers your name, your history, and the conversation you had six months ago.

Most healthcare in Lower Manhattan operates under the logic of throughput. More patients per hour, faster turnarounds, longer waits for shorter visits. The result is medicine that technically treats conditions but rarely takes care of people.

Foley Plaza was built around a different logic. Four specialties under one roof means fewer referrals, less coordination, and more care actually delivered. Saturday hours means the Court Officer, the sanitation worker, and the public defender who cannot leave work on a Tuesday afternoon can still get care. Acceptance of Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers' Compensation means that the economic diversity of Lower Manhattan is reflected in the waiting room.
